Gravy is right in the pot. Meat can be cut with a fork!

You will need:
1 Bean Pot
3 pound boneless roast
1 can of Coke (not diet)
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

What to do:

  • Place the roast in your Bean Pot.
  • Spread the soup over the roast.
  • Pour soda over the soup/roast.
  • Cover and bake at 425 for about 2 1/2 hrs.

There is no need to make gravy! Your gravy will be in the pot! And you will have a roast so tender you won’t need a fork
